Terms of Service

By creating a Freddy account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

Freddy provides tools for building forms, landing pages, and marketing content, tracking AI search visibility, and automating client communications, offered on a subscription basis across multiple plan tiers (currently Starter, Growth, and Scale).

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use Freddy to:

• Send unsolicited communications (spam) in violation of applicable law (including CAN-SPAM and TCPA)
• Collect personal information from your own visitors without a lawful basis to do so
• Upload or generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the platform's rate limits or security controls
• Use the platform to build or operate a competing product

Freddy uses third-party AI models to help generate content (blog posts, landing page copy, automated messages) and to run AI Visibility checks. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it's published or sent — Freddy's Blog Writer Agent, for example, is built so that nothing publishes without your explicit review and approval. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content or AI Visibility scores, which reflect real, live queries to third-party AI systems whose behavior we don't control and which may change over time.

Your content. You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate using Freddy (your forms, your branding, your copy). You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.

Our platform. Freddy, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our platform beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.

Freddy integrates with third-party services (Stripe, Google, Slack, various AI providers, and others). Your use of those integrations is also subject to each provider's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.

Freddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular business outcome (leads, visibility scores, rankings) will result from using it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freddy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse of the platform. Upon termination, your custom domain and subdomain registrations will be released after a grace period as described in our data retention practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Freddy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
